MAPLE-SMOKED COMFORT CREAM

Locally smoked with Maple wood.

Smoky through and through with a pale yellow, crumbly yet creamy interior, we cold smoke our Comfort Cream over maple wood. Fruity smokiness enhances its earthy, mushroom notes. Best enjoyed at room temperature with maple glazed ham, sesame crackers, apple chutney, or for an extra special treat, peameal on a bun – brioche, of course!

This pairs beautifully with and Ontario VQA Baco Noir or an off-dry Riesling. If you prefer beer then line up a West Coast IPA, a local Pilsner or Helles Lager.
