COVID-19 RESPONSE - update march 16, 2020

To our clients, friends, colleagues and family,

In light of the ongoing growth of the COVID 19 infection rate we have decided to close our Retail Store for 2 weeks as of 17:00 (5 p.m.) today (Monday, March 16, 2020). As part of the global community we take seriously our responsibility to limit transmission and protect our team, clients and families.

While our retail store will be closed, our wholesale department will continue to support shipments as usual.

Our team of cheese makers will continue to craft our fine aged cheeses, but as our soft cheese inventory is depleted we may experience intermittent shortages.

We will re-evaluate at the end of the month and keep you posted.

Stay well, stay safe and we will catch up with you at the end of the month.
