How to Grill Guernsey Girl Cheese

Slice or dice Guernsey Girl into 1/2″ thick slices or cubes. Place on a preheated barbecue, grill or pan fry in a cast iron pan over medium heat. (no oils necessary) Flip the cheese when the bottom surface sizzles and turns golden brown. The outside should be crisp and richly golden and the centre will be soft and chewy. Serve hot!
